With this treatment, patients can reduce signs of aging such as wrinkles and furrows on the forehead, crow's feet, and other deep facial lines. Botox is a neurotoxin. It is used as a neuromuscular blocking agent. It's been around for the last 28 years or so, and in fact, I was one of the early adopters of it. Botox is used when people look in the mirror and say they look tired or they're frowning. In some muscles it can last three to four months. Others it can last longer, up to six months. You want to pick someone who has lots of experience, knows their anatomy, and knows how to use it correctly.
