I had come to see Dr. Brownrigg and asked him the question at that time, "Do you think I need a face lift?" And he had recommended that perhaps I was a good candidate for that. And then I did my due diligence and researched a number of surgeons in Ottawa, and interestingly enough I came back to Dr. Brownrigg. What sold me on his services was that he concentrates mainly on the face, and I thought I really wanted to be associated with somebody that delivered that level of service, because I felt more confident that the results would be what I was looking for. The staff here are exceptional. They're warm. They're welcoming. If there's any questions that you have, they're happy to answer them or to help you through the process. Going to the facility itself where you have the surgery done, I really felt it was like entering a spa environment, and the nurses are so nice, and they make you comfortable. They give you warm blankets, and before you know it you're out and then you're awake and your husband's taking you home. It's a very seamless process.
